Ashkowski Fine Art is a small, independent business that is focused on providing high quality fine art to its customers.  Customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We pride ourselves on outstanding communication and service and we love to hear your positive feedback so please do get in touch via our email or social media platforms. Equally, if anything ever falls short of  outstanding we want to know about it and do anything we can to put things right.

The simplest way to get in touch is to use our contact form. We endeavour to respond within 24 hours but please allow 48 hours before sending us another query.

1. Contact

If you have any problems or any questions, please contact us via email or use the contact form on this website.

2. Pricing and payment

The total cost of your order reflects the price of the items ordered including the shipping charge for handling, packing and postage. All products are priced in pounds sterling (£), and include UK Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. We accept credit and debit card payments as well as Paypal. Transactions are conducted through secure payment sites - through either Paypal, or Stripe depending on your chosen payment method.

3. Shipping

Your order will be shipped via a reputable delivery service. All high-value items will be tracked and insured but some lower-value items will be untracked and shipped at your risk. We cannot offer replacement goods for missing orders shipped by this method. We will endeavour to deliver (by placing your order in the care of the delivery company) within 7 working days of receipt of your order but during peak times this period may from time to time be longer. Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you supply.

 

4. Order acknowledgment

When you have completed your order you will be redirected to an order confirmation page. This page will detail the product(s), the cost (including VAT and postage and packaging) and delivery specifications. Please inform us immediately if you notice any errors on the order. You will also be sent an acknowledgment email confirming that the order is being processed.

 

5. Contract

A legally binding contract between you and us will be formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been accepted. This email represents our acceptance of the offer you made to purchase the goods when you completed your order. In the event of any change between completion of your order and contract formation, we will inform you and you will at that point have the right either to accept the change (in which case your email reply will represent a new offer, which we will accept upon notification of shipment) or reject the change (in which case your email reply will represent a withdrawal of your order, or the relevant part of your order as the case may be).

 

6. Returns policy

In the case that the goods that are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us via email or use the contact form on this website within 7 working days and we will ask you to return the goods to an address which we will supply. We recommend that you use registered post or recorded delivery to return goods to us as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of returned items. We will refund postage costs incurred in returning faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. We shall use reasonable efforts to replace damaged or incorrect goods, but if replacement is not possible, or if an order is cancelled for any other reason, we will only be obliged to refund the full amount paid by you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

7. Data protection

We will keep a record of your contact details for the purpose of shipping the order. We also add contacts to our subscription list when any of the following actions are taken: 1) you sign up to our mailing list 2) you place an order 3) you contact us through our online contact form. We will never make your personal details available to other companies for marketing purposes. You can remove yourself from our subscription list by clicking the unsubscribe button in any emails we send you or by contacting us directly to request removal. 8. Copyright

The material and content contained within the website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only. Any other use of the material and content of, connected to, or otherwise shown on the website is strictly prohibited except where express permission to do so has been granted beforehand by us. By accessing our website you agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content. You acknowledge that in the event of any breach of the copyright conditions set out above and/or in law you will be liable in damages.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Although we take every care to ensure accuracy, we make no warranties as to the accuracy of the information we place on our web pages. The extent of our liability for any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the goods ordered by you in the relevant transaction.

10. Invalidity of Terms and Conditions

If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable; the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.

11. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have sole jurisdiction to hear any dispute arising from these terms and conditions and/or in relation to any supply or intended supply of goods by us to you.
