Shipping Policy
​We accept direct online orders for shipment within the United Kingdom and to the majority of countries outside of the UK.
​
United Kingdom includes: UK mainland; Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and Isle of Man. Shipping is free to all of these destinations.

Please note that there is a minimum order value of £10 for all orders placed through our website.
​
Shipping to the rest of the world is calculated according to the product/s selected.
​
Items are carefully packaged to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
​
Wherever possible we try to recycle packaging to reduce our impact on the environment.
​
We only use reputable delivery services and all high value items are tracked and signed for.
​
Items will be despatched within 2 working days of your order and payment being received.

Return & Exchange Policy
In the unfortunate event that your order is damaged during shipping you will receive a full refund or replacement if you provide all of the original packaging for the shipper's inspection within 28 days of receiving your parcel.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order you can make a return within 28 days of receipt of your order. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage occurred during a return, therefore we strongly recommend that you repackage the item well, use a reputable delivery company and insure and track the parcel.
Please note that there are exceptions to our returns policy:
Commissions: If you wish to return an undamaged commission we will retain 50% of the total cost.
