Introducing 'Chartres Cathedral Rose Window', a circular painting that captures the beauty of the iconic stained glass window at Notre Dame Cathedral in Chartres. Stained glass windows are known for their intricate designs and symbolic meanings, and this window is no exception. The colour red represents the blood of Christ whilst blue represents innocence and purity. The centre of the window depicts the Virgin Mary and baby Jesus whilst the outer part of the window features 12 designs, symbolising faith in the Bible. Look closely and you'll find  the fleur de lis, disciples, and angels, all adding to the intricate detail of this stunning piece of cathedral art.
